Sales Engineer

Missions

The candidate is responsible for the following main missions under the supervision of the head of department and the director of commercial and strategic affairs:

  1. Lead the department responsible for developing submission files in accordance with the procedures developed by the Firm
  2. Produce the submission file documents meeting the Client's requirements
  3. Contribute to the development of the Business Department

 

Localisation

The Head of the service will be under the supervision of the Offer and Demonstration department and the Business Department. He/she will be based at the firm's headquarters

 

Profile sought

  • Training and qualifications
    • Engineer (Bac + 5) in Rural Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering or Sanitary Engineering, specialized in Hydraulics (water and sanitation: autonomous, collective, rainwater drainage, solid waste)
  • Confirmed experience
    • At least 3 years of proven experience in managing submission files
  • Technical skills
    • Knowledge of the public procurement procedure
    • Mastery of the water and sanitation sector
  • Managerial skills
    • Ability to manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams
  • Computer skills
    • Very good command of office tools and computer software (office pack)
  • Personal qualities
    • Dynamism, rigor, adaptability, versatility
    • Methodology, rigor and respect for deadlines
    • Sense of teamwork and collaboration
  • Languages
    • Fluency in written and spoken French
