Environnement Déchet Eau

The candidate is responsible for the following main missions under the supervision of the head of the Water & Sanitation department and the Technical Department:

1. Carry out economic and financial studies in the field of water and sanitation with the collaboration of a multidisciplinary team and in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard and the client's requirements
2. Present the results of the study to the various bodies proposed by the Client in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
3. Contribute to the development of the Technical Department and the quality of economic and financial services

The person in charge of economic studies will be under the supervision of the Water & Sanitation department and the Technical Directorate. If necessary, he/she will travel within Senegal and outside Senegal.
He/she will be based at the firm's headquarters

• Training and qualifications
  • Hold a Masters or Master 1 in Economic Sciences
  • Specialized in Quantitative Economics and Finance (EFQ) Master (M2) would be a plus
• Confirmed experience
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in economic and financial studies
  • Having carried out economic and financial surveys
  • Have carried out at least one study on public infrastructure management methods
• Technical skills
  • Knowledge in the analysis of investment projects in the private and public sector
  • Knowledge of development infrastructure in the water and sanitation sector would be highly appreciated
• Managerial skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams
• Computer skills
  • Very good command of office tools and computer software

  • Methodology, rigor and respect for deadlines
  • Sense of teamwork and collaboration
• Languages
  • Fluency in written and spoken French
